About the Author
Erin Lee is a yoga, mindfulness and meditation teacher based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. She founded The Mindful Yoga School in 2020 and leads yoga teacher training, meditation and mindfulness teacher training programs, as well as other classes and events, with the intention to expand Presence, Courage and Compassion. Erin’s inspiration to create The Little Book of Big Intentions landed after many years of sharing intention embodiment in her mindful yoga classes.
About the Artist
Keturah is an Australian-born artist. While working on the artwork in this book she was based in Austria feeding her gypsy spirit with new adventures, inspiration and joy. Inspiration for Keturah’s artwork comes from places she has travelled to, particularly India, which aroused her senses and captured her heart.
Keturah uses pastels to investigate the human form in her work, with a strong focus on the sacred feminine. Through the use of form and colour she hopes to inspire and uplift your soul
